Приготовление:
1. Отбейте мясо молоточком.
2. Смешайте панировочные сухари, петрушку и сыр в тарелке. Высыпьте муку на отдельную тарелку. Взбейте яйцо в неглубокой миске.
3. Обваляйте каждый кусок мяса в муке, стряхните излишки. Окуните мясо в яйцо. Затем обваляйте антрекот в смеси сухарей. Выложите на тарелку. Накройте отбивные полиэтиленовой пленкой. Охладите в течение 20 минут.
3. Нагрейте масло в большой сковороде. Жарьте отбивные партиями с каждой стороны до золотистого цвета или до готовности по своему вкусу. Выложите на блюдо, выстланное бумажным полотенцем. При подаче переложите отбивные котлеты на блюдо с листьями салата.
